hurt,no period, and a lot of discharge?

well my have been hurting lately ..i havent got my period this month im like 2 weeks late and i get alot of discharge..plus i sit alot all day and my vigina hurts..idk wat going..on like i get pain in my vigina ...i have this oder to i dont know how to discribe it like viniger idk how..i havent done anything ual since jan. sometimes my vigina feel soar...plz help no smart azz remarks...im only 16 plz i cant talk to my mom about thiz
