Lettuce broccoli celery carrots apples oranges bananas cubers watermelon beef chicken & pork?

ever since i was little these are the ONLY fruits and veggies, and meats i've been able to eat. everything else makes me gag. fish, onions, tomatoes, green beans,peas, corn, peaches, you name it! i know this isn't good for health at all. i eat the meats above almost everyday so my cholesterol must be through the roof. idk if its just some mental thing, that my mom just enabled my behavior ever since i was a kid, thus leading to this still enacting behavior. but for my health and my future childrens health i want to change. does anyone have any ideas? should i just supplement these foods with other foods that i will eat? if any one has any ideas i'm open to them plz and thank you
