What movie is this from?

i wanna say its a lifetime movie.. but im not sure. all i remember is the girl is like 14 or so and she goes skinny dipping. and this guy who's like over 18 catches her and they're talking and they kiss and he's like " you should learn how to kiss." and the girl asks her sister who ends up dating this guy for advice. and thenn sometime at the end of the movie, the guy is on a plow or tractor and he tries to reach for something and he falls off and the plow runs him over.. any idea?
