Can any birther provide real evidence that all long form Hawaiian BCs are supposed to have seals?

Original birth certificates are stored in bound volumes usually in the city hall. They don't NEED a seal. And for the fools who think that length, weight and doctor's name should be on it, those are details in the hospital records - not the birth certificate. I am continually amazed at the stupidity of a large portion of the american public.
