How do you deal with a phony hater co-worker?

She is mad jealous of me and my relationships with other co-workers, my boss, and anyone that takes five minutes to talk to me. When she started working with me, she felt I could get her promoted and was unusually kind to me until she found out I didn't have any influence on our boss in her favor and then she let it all hang out. Rude remarks, insults about my weight, and many other digs. What makes it worse, she professes to be religious. I don't want a relationship outside of work with her, but she just bought a house and I think she wants me to come over. How can I tell her I can't stomach her outside of the workplace because I can hardly make it through the day with all of her phony hating antics without making the air thicker than it is already?
