I am 37 weeks. Lots of pressure & sharp twinges of pain in my ?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. I am experiencing a lot of pressure & sharp pains in my . My stomach tightens up and its so uncomfortable.I was induced for my first child (now 5yrs old) and I don't really know what it feels like to go into labor naturally. Also at my last ultrasound my baby boy was already 7pds and that was about a month ago. I think the pressure may be from his size but man does it hurt!
