I found out my husband's fantasy. Should I tell him to go for it?

I found out my husband has been on singles and personals email. All were women, but the one that lived in our city is a man and when he found out I knew, he confessed that his fantasy had been to be with a man. Should I tell him to go for it? I know everyone should have a fantasy, but I never expected it to be this one. Is this normal for men? We are going to a marriage counselor tonight.
