Vivarium reptile help?

I have a ten gallon tank and 1/3 is filled with water. We have a rock sitting on pillars and we plan to glue a rock shelf on the side. We have a climable back round and plan to get aquatic plants and small regular plants. We have vines and the filter is running down a few rocks to create a water fall. We also plan to get a water heater. Ideal lizards, newts, geckos, or frogs for this type of environment?
