About Income Tax returns and TDS?

Bank is authorised to deduct TDS from interest if it exceeds 12000 in a financial year. If annual income for a person is less than 2,50,000/- but bank has deducted TDS on interest. Then you can file income tax return to get the money refunded from Income Tax Department.
