Whats wronng with me, Whats happening :'(?
Well it sounds like you are suffering from anxiety. Was there absolutely anything that could have triggered this? Even the littlest thing could do it. If you think that anxiety is probably the problem then you should probably cut back on some stressful activities or past-times or even if you don't find them stressful you could probably use the time to relax. Do something instead that you find relaxing like some people like to meditate, take baths, read, or do something that they just find fun. Just try to relax more often and hopefully that will help. If it doesn't help or the feelings continue then you might need to ask a doctor.
